Ok, so i just signed up for this a few days ago for Social Engine, I followed the directions to a T, & I got the fireworks thing to show up on my page... but thats it so far (snow works too).

I went to the Toksta website & fillout everything there, and configured everything in my admin panel here at SS. But I cannot for the life of my figure out why the chat bar isn't appearing on my site... 

Please help. I looked through the forums a bit for an answer.. but it seems all geared towards Ning usersneeding help...

I do have alot of plugins purchased for SE, are there any known to conflict?

Please Advise.

Did you use IM System, or toksta 2?

I inserted your code, registered for the account on toksta, entered my ID & Password... yet nothing...

For new toksta signups, you have to use toksta2 in the SMS...

ok, I'm not sure I understand how to do that.. I don't see anything like that in the swigits admin area...

I don't mean to be picky, but I'm now almost a full week into my membership & there seems to be a problem with getting timely support for my issue on the primary reason I signed up for this... is there a number I can call or a direct email I can talk to you at... or can anybody help me that is on these boards more than 1x per day...

I'm on a deadline & have spent $1300 on my Social Engine site... I cannot meet my deadline until this is fixed... so, PLEASE HELP ME! I've tried everything I know to fix this...

So far its taken 3 days just to get a couple 1 liners that don't explain anything... this is becoming very fustrating.

Now I can't get the help file for the Joomla thing to come up...so, I can't figure out why that won't work either
